Teams from Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Nepal, Singapore, Thailand and UAE will partipate in the ACC Women's Cricket Tournament at Johor Bahru, Malaysia, during 11-17 July 2007. The winners of this tournament may be invited to play in the ACC Women's Asia Cup to play against India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
Hong Kong has been drawn in Group A of the tournament alongside hosts Malaysia, Nepal and Thailand.
The Hong Kong team will depart for Johor Bahru, via Singapore, on 9 July 2007.
